The Saratoga Springs Visitor Center offers a variety of programs and events that are both educational and fun. These include Tours, Concerts, Festivals, and Special Events (Link each of these to presorted categories within the events calendar).

Brown Bag Lunch Series

Fall – September through December
Spring – March through June

This 60 minute lunch-time series of lectures is presented on a monthly basis in partnership with the Saratoga Springs Public Library. Designed to offer alternatives for hum-drum lunch hours, we invite you to bring your lunch and join others for an engaging program. Coffee and tea are provided.

Free Summer Concert Series in Congress Park

July and August

Every summer, the Saratoga Springs Heritage Area explodes with activities for all. A popular happening about time is the Summer Concert Series. Free concerts are held from 7:00 – 8:30 PM in Historic Congress Park at the War Memorial directly across from the Canfield Casino.In July concerts are held on Sunday evening. In August concerts are held on Tuesday evening.

Guided Walking Tours

July-August

200 years of history in 90 minutes! “History, Legends, Lore & More – a walking tour through Historic Congress Park”

Stroll through beautiful Congress Park with one of our illustrious tour guides and learn how Saratoga Springs evolved from the sacred Native American healing ground to the “City in the Country” that it is today. Learn about the shakers and movers of the past two hundred years and how they contributed to the preservation and growth of Saratoga Springs.

Walking tours are also available throughout the year for groups of 10 or more by appointment. A great event for convention attendees, class reunions and family reunions.
